I feel you girl I’m on baby number 3 started at 145 finished at 215🥲😅 but we have to give ourselves grace 🥲 I’m currently almost 3 months pp and it’s hard out here 🥲😅

Okay beautiful new mama! Please please give yourself some grace. I totally understand how you feel. So somethings I did, was fajas, walking/working out, and good diet, lots of water. Sleep when the baby sleeps. Day by Day. Though listen for me no matter what I did I couldn’t get a flat stomach. Maybe I was going something wrong. It will come off. You will have a better body.

Male here, I have zero idea what you might be going through mentally but as a dad if 4 and a husband, I’ve seen the mental toll it takes on a woman..hang in there..you’ll be back to your normal self before you know it….and you have a beautiful kiddo as an added bonus 😀💪🏻👍🏻

Your feelings are very valid and common. One thing I read when going through postpartum was “ it took 9 months to grow a baby, so give your body at least 9 months to get back “. 💜 Remember, healing is a process!
