bro it has sodium in it and way more than potassium making it cancel out or even make you more bloated and this is normal for most electrolytes as they use sodium as one of the main sources of quick and compact energy 🤦🤦

To ‘get lean’ you need to reduce body fat. Nothing to do with water retention. To ‘look lean’ you can manipulate your water intake to look leaner but you don’t ‘get lean’ by doing it. Stop spreading misconception
