True. You could have a millón dollars and cannot take 20,000 thousand out when you needed. Paper work, telling them what you needed for and they make you wait. Since your money is being used for loans. They make millions and you get screwed

banks have over 100 grand in vaults. A ctr would have to be filled out and proof would be needed where the money came from and they may put the money on hold to verify where it came from. Prevents money laundering and such.
