Bro if you want to fix that issue with the light working on a specific spot, just take the bulb socket at adjust the 1-2 pins at the bottom and pull them up slightly, and it will probably work, I had the same issue, the prongs were further down and didn’t make contact with the bulb therefore not working so give it a shot man.

the hazards and turn signals work with different relays. so the hazards can work but maybe the turn signals doesn't. check both hazard and turn signals everytime you change bulbs

Never touch halogen, HID, or high-intensity projector light bulbs with bare hands, as natural skin oils create hot spots on the quartz glass, causing them to burn out prematurely or shatter. These oils can also create uneven heating, weakening the bulb. Always wear gloves or use a clean cloth to handle them. 👌
