I dont think its fair to group all of these sources as funded by the US government. I could not find a single source that said NK News was funded by the State Dept but they are claiming 90% of funding comes from consumers and 10% comes from merch sales. KCNA is part of NK News and again could not find any ties to the State Dept. 38 North has collaborated with DoD and they have sponsored security-related projects but they are not as an organization funded by them

I’m very new to communism but everything I’ve learned (mostly from you might I add) makes it seem very desirable and useful. It makes perfect since why the US government wouldn’t want anyone to think that (it makes people realize they aren’t the only option). I’m still trying to unlearn all of the misinformation about North Korea but I’ve always been open to hearing about it.

I don't necessarily think people are becoming more conservative, it's probably more so that the democratic party started paying attention to tiktok around the 2024 presidential election and are now targeting you using creators who they fund by dark money groups, but I think socialism is gaining ground in the US
