During covid, I bought a car through emails and texts and never met the salesperson. They even delivered it to my house. I don’t get why they force you to come to the dealership in person.

Rumor has it they gave him the price he wanted and he didn’t buy it but then asked for it in writing and took that to a different company and did the same thing. Then he didn’t so many times all the dealerships started requiring in person deal making
