Not every galaxy, but every Big galaxy. Only about 30% of Small galaxies show signs of possible supermasssive black holes in the center. And yes, Signs. There is actually no data that shows that whathever Any galaxy has in the center is a black hole. We so far only more or less co firmed only Two.
