According to the report by KVUE, a student allegedly kicked Chad's truck after he decided to be racist to kids and engaged in a verbal argument with them. Chad, a full grown adult man who knew better, exited his vehicle to specifically single out a little school girl that he punched in the throat, threw on the ground, and continued to beat.
