@jc.eeats: Crab Rangoon filling on anything is so good, I love making this when I don’t feel like frying crab rangoon wontons 🦀🧀 If you don’t like imitation crab, feel free to use real crab or bacon😏 I normally do a 1:1 ratio for imitation crab and cream cheese for a chunky texture, but if you like it creamy or extra creamy use less imitation crab and add some kewpie mayo😝😝 ✎ Ingredients: *16 oz ciabatta bread or choice of bread *12-16 oz imitation crab or real crab *16 oz cream cheese *1 stalk green onions (diced) *1 jalapeño (diced) *2 tsp soy sauce
*1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 
*1/2 tsp garlic powder
*1/2 tsp sugar
*1/2 tsp white pepper *optional- kewpie mayo *optional- olive oil 

Directions:
1. Finely chop imitation crab, dice up green onions a jalapeño.
2. In a bowl, mix imitation crab, green onions, jalapeño, cream cheese, and seasonings. Mix until smooth and well combined.
3. Slice choice of bread open and brush a thin layer of olive oil.
4. Add the crab rangoon filling on top and a layer of mozzarella cheese.
5. Bake at 375F for 15 mins and broil on high until cheese is golden brown (make sure to carefully watch so it doesn’t burn).
