Say it again with me now😉 We are so much stronger than we think and so much more resilient than ever. I know we all have a mental mindset of “handle hard better” but sometimes to be quite honest we just don’t want to “handle hard better” especially when we’ve been handling hard better for such an extended period of time, it’s like damn I handled hard better so hard that I don’t even know what it’s like to not go hard. Do we do it anyways, of course we do! But it is also ok to have moments where you feel like you just need a break….just a moment to breathe🧘🏻‍♀️ This feeling is your nervous system allowing you to recoup from it all and prepare you to pick up again and handle hard better. So take a moment to breathe, feel the moment, and do what you have to do to get through the moment. Because that’s exactly what it is, “a moment” in time that will pass, no it doesn’t feel great but I always suggest when you are in that moment, take a minute close your eyes if you have to and imagine when that moment has passed, experience what it is going to feel like…Do you feel relief? Are you happy? Are you crying tears of joy? Are you celebrating? Because what happens is once that moment passes and you have made it through whatever trenches of life you were battling, you will look back and think damn I made it through even when I didn’t think I could.
