I got my license at 30y, I lived in nyc so I never needed one. when I moved I know it was time. I read the handbook. there is a large section on how it's a privilege to drive, not a right, and how to act to police if pulled over. what the rules where form I wasn't driving but a passenger. There was no reason for her to act like this at all. if you can't control yourself during a lawful stop, perhaps you shouldn't be driving
