I think the key really is community BUT community where your experiencing life and casually. I say this as someone who’s lived in both Chicago and nyc, financially stable to buy healthy foods/workout etc. and felt so lonely even with “friends” I did live by myself and wfh and found most of my friendships were catch up based I felt lonely and also the most unhealthy ( bc o was emotionally coping) and also the pressures of living in a city/social media
