Our sprayer guy liked to build his own trailer to how he wants it, and he is damn good at it. He has gotten some of the dash system, excited to see what he can do with it

they are awesome. however, I would just buy their 4 tank Chem handler system and then build by own. but also, if you can afford the full trailer prebuilt, go for it

we got one one our farm and it speeds things up ..... im the tender guy and got the batch ready so we can run the pump full blast .... load time is around 5 to 7 minutes on a 1200 gallon fill

Super b’s are the way to go. Can haul 10 000 gallons, 3 totes and haul sprayer on back trailer.

personally, I think a dash trailer would be nice, or a couple dash Chem handlers. but the cost of a dash trailer is so ridiculously high, that the only way I could see justifying it is if you were pushing your sprayer to its limit on acres, to get that boost in efficiency you could continue to run the one sprayer if that makes sense. if it was me, I'd keep the trailer you got, upgrade the tanks, and maybe buy 2 of the dash Chem handlers (instead of 4) and away you go. at least for us, majority of the mixes we do are 2-3 different products. use 4 sometimes in a batch, but those ones you run the pump slower and have everything ready to dump. another option is, buy the front end of a super-B tanker and put the dash system with a cage at the back where the fith wheel plate would go. we have done that and it works quite well. we are looking to upgrade to 2 dash handlers in the future on our setup.

great people.. from what ive seen the dash is allot more dialed in then these other ones now coming to the market.. the guys that think its too expensive have never priced a new trailer these days
