So it’s a store front, meaning the store and parking lot are publicly accessible but not public property. Once asked to stop on private property you have to stop. Does not matter if it’s publicly accessible. My yard is publicly accessible. Does not mean you can film in my yard but either a normal camera you can film from the public street.
