The Bar should have advertised they were showing TPUSA halftime show. The Bar deceived their customers I am sure some of the customers would have gone to another bar. Businesses need to stay out of politics.

Infringing on their rights? A customer can leave and go somewhere else. The bar can play whatever they want to. It’s their business.

They are most certainly within their rights to do so..however ppl who dont like it are free to not spend money there also. So if traffic declines we'll see how the owner feels as opposed to his or her staff

The bar was wrong, but they could’ve done is play both and let the customers decide what they wanted to watch. That was a dumb decision by the owners of the bar. The owners made that political. Bad business decision.

Didn’t watch the game or the halftime shows. If they advertised Super Bowl and no mention of changing the halftime show and back then they have a case of false advertising and could sue them.
