so he wants the employees captive in the office with all non work related options, yoga, pilates even restaurants in the building. but isnt it the obligation of Citi as a stakeholder in the community to encourage employees to use local services in the city and support those businesses. also how does it enhance his employees social life if they arent going out into the city to engage with people who arent their coworkers. his reasoning seems flawed. but hes the billionaire, not me.

Then management should go in only. My company doesn’t offer restaurants or Pilates or yoga. They’ve stripped away all our benefits and all our perks. And they demand we come back to work. Corporate America sucks. It sucks the spirit out of the worker.
