Have co workers in Bulgaria. Their paid maternity leave is 1 year. And they have hte option for another 1 year with half the salary paid pa din. May teammate ako before na after 2 years nabuntis ulit so another 2 years siya na ML haha

Sana e upgrade na yung batas sa maternity leave. Sa panahon ngayon marami narin kasing babaeng nagtatrabaho. Plus na sana magkaroon din ng paternity benefit claims yung mga Lalaki, basta legally married baka kasi maabuso din.

When I was a flight attendant sa local airlines nung nalaman na pregnant matic nka maternity leave na kami. Tapos it depends pa if kelan mo gusto bumalik but you have to make sure na pasok ka sa measurement and weight standards. Ang hirap iwan ng bby after.

Pinoy here in UK, I’ll be taking 9 months maternity leave then 1-2months vacation leave after to get my salary back up. So nearly 1 year of Mat leave. 🥰

Sana nga pwede maka leave agad pag nabuntis na. Nakita ko kasi sa sister ko na teacher na ang hirap mag teach na buntis pa kasi hindi talaga maiwasan na ma stress and sadly 8mos lang baby niya hindi naka survived.
