Taking calcium supplements to build bone density would not help would you actually just absorbing between 10% - 15%. Without vitamin D3 and K2 the calcium will just stick to your arteries and joints instead of getting into your bones. Vitamin D3 helps it to absorb the calcium in your system but the K2 guides the calcium to go in bones instead of your arteries and joints.
