@viviana.graphics: i had so much fun working on this rebranding project, from the elegant custom type edits to the handmade logomark (which can painted by the client herself and then scanned, to add a realistic texture to the design). but how did we get to this outcome in the first place? 👀 🔎 since this project was a rebranding, the first step was analyse the current branding my client was using and figure out why it wasn’t working and if there was something we wanted to keep. thanks to this research, we realised that in order to make this identity successful, we needed to pivot and start completely from scratch! 🎨 this research and my client’s inspiration for the brand allowed us to come up with a creative direction, built not only on aesthetics but also on the target audience and the brand essence. want to give a personal touch that adds warmth but also inspires connection? use texture and a warm colour story! want to convey friendliness but also elevation? use a rounded serif! ✏️ with all of this in mind, we moved to the visual identity design. everything, from the type to the palette and type suite, fits exactly the vision we had in mind and showcases the brand’s mission and personality! the logomark especially encapsulates perfectly what the brand is all about, mixing a flower and a paintbrush with the client’s initials! overall, this identity gives a sense of confidence and creativity that makes customers trust my client’s vision, but also feel seen and understood 🌷 and that can be achieved only with purpose-driven storytelling in a visual identity! #customlogo #designprocess #branddesign #brandidentity #adobeillustrator
