Realistically I feel the first order would be more effective since they were trained from near birth more like the clone troopers while imperials were recruited either at a young age or as a young adult usually. With better tech and training (presumably) if it was a squad of first order vs a squad of imperials I would assume the first order would win purely off training and equipment

actually if this was real and accurate the first order stormtrooper would win one fought fin which is a Jedi and almost win but Han Solo helped him and yet I still haven’t seen a stormtrooper not even shoot anything
