lol. Broiling is the same as uk broiling. Member the old grills in England above the stove and you would broil bacon or whatever.

Do you not have a stove or oven? that has a broil setting. It's similar to grilling in the oven. I learnt very quickly what broil was after burning mac n cheese when i first moved to the States.
