I have over pronation, pelvic tilt,sciatic issue, and a weak core. Currently trying to work on them slowly but I must think that these are connected somehow? An underlying issue maybe ?

I'm confused, if pronation requires IR why would the tibia being in ER cause overpronation? Is it forcing hip compensation by driving the knee inwards to counteract it? but if it was compensating like so, I would've though the hip is internally rotating when the knee goes in
