Try texting the number and see if someone has it now and will send the code to you. This has saved me a couple times now 😂

If you're logged in to Facebook just go in and update your phone number first then change password

I know for sure you can’t do anything from your phone. It has to be on a computer. But there’s a high probability you will need to make a new account.
