You may benefit from giving Hegel another chance here. Obviously he’s a difficult read, but he’s trying to modify the static formalism of philosophical thought with the dynamic, and this is a steep climb. The habits of traditional formalism are deeply ingrained. Yet, just this lesson itself may help us understand the language of quantum mechanics. Perhaps the language we would want to use here also suffers from the habituation of static formalism. Quantum mechanics may want to articulate notions of spacetime that must struggle against the bindings of the formal commitments of, say Aristotelian metaphysics. Hegel does, to note one relevant thought, find space and time to be interdependent. Quanta events, if I understand you correctly occur primarily as a relation. This primacy of relation is a basic aspect of Hegelian thought.

Very interesting and coherent but lots of questions here: I don’t think that your claim that time IS made up of. quanta is universally accepted, neither is loop quantum gravity. Time change always requires a clock, just as space change requires a ruler. The difference is that all clocks are thermodynamic in nature ie every clock measures entropy change. This means that you cannot claim granularity unless you have some (thermodynamic) way of showing that.
