I used to drive to an airport that was out of my way for southwest because of their bags fly free policy made it more cost effective. Southwest is dead to me now. No point in using them.

The new boarding process is so slow. Plus with bags costing money, people bring carryons. But there isn’t enough bin space for everyone’s carryons, so they ask people to check them. Which slows it down even more 😂

Southwest Airlines flight attendant here. Speaking only for myself. I feel we needed to move to assigned seating from a safety and security perspective and I’m thrilled with the change. I love knowing who is on my flight
