I had to wear this for a whole month bc my anxiety was really bad and they ended up thinking something was wrong with my heart. My cardiologist then took it off and noticed a pattern while awake and in my sleep, my heart palpitations would just be so bad during the day while I’d experience severe anxiety and at night normal. I was put on beta blockers and therapy, wishing you the best babe 💗💗

i have holter monitor for 2 weeks.i tap 2x when i feel something.record the day and time.i have skip beats.i feel something not right but holter monitor found nothing.if you know dr jeremy london of georgia you learn more about heart problems.

Ugh i had to wear one for 14 days too. Then I had to do the 30 day one which gave me allergic reaction from the tape. And I had to carry this huge phone with me at all times 😫

I had a holter for two weeks. I thought I was having so many palps. Came back at like .01% of the time I was having them 😳 thankfully they started to go away and I only get them here and there like if I’m coming down with a sickness or sometimes near my period.
