yep!! but we really did not know it because my parents worked hard and never complained. We learned to budget our money and only get things we needed. We learned how to keep a clean house, stretch a meal and a dollar. We went to yardsales and outlets and always clipped coupons but ya know what, it taught us kids to be thankful for everything we had and thankful to have such hardworking, honest and loving parents. We in turn became good people as well as our kids.
