OCD psychosis is not a thing. It can make you obsessed with thinking you’re in psychosis or paranoid about certain things. However, the two are not correlated at all. You can have them separately but OCD cannot result in psychosis.

I had to tell everyone I failed every test so if I didn’t do well but no matter what grade I got if it was above failing it was okay because I did better than I thought. If I didn’t believe I failed, then it was guaranteed I would fail, obviously. Even if I knew every answer, I would fail if I thought I did well.
