I’ve been to the one in Chicago. Got pork belly and foie gras on my burger and I can confirm that it is not hype; it is not just internet lies;it was THE BEST burger I’ve ever had. It’s not trying to be one of those Michelin burgers for $300. It’s just a perfect classic hamburger made with really high end ingredients. Worth every penny including the plane ticket to get there.
