I think adding a 13th year is stupid and we should be doing more for our children during the time period in which we have them. They could be learning a whole lot more now than having to add another grade level.

What about the kids started school in pre-K and have already gone 13 years when they graduate. They are not going to college because they are starting careers out of High school or going to trade school cause they can make more money.
