Harissa Beef Mezze Bowls Loaded with crispy potatoes, sticky harissa beef, fresh salad, hummus, quick pickled onions and hot honey 🤌🏼 throw in lettuce, chickpeas, or even some aubergine for extra volume and fibre Let me know what other bowl flavours you wanna see I genuinely can’t stop making them lately 🤣🫶🏼 Ingredients (serves 2): 350g potatoes, diced into small cubes
Olive oil spray
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic granules
 ½ tsp dried parsley
 Salt and black pepper For the harissa beef 200g 5% fat beef mince
 ½ tsp smoked paprika
 ½ tsp ground cumin
 ½ tsp ground coriander
 1 tbsp harissa paste
 1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp honey
 Salt and black pepper For the salad ¼ cucumber, diced
100g cherry tomatoes, quartered
Small handful parsley, chopped
Juice of ½ lemon
Pinch of salt Quick pickled onions ½ red onion, finely sliced
100ml distilled vinegar
100ml hot water Hot honey drizzle 10g honey
 Pinch chilli flakes To serve 100g reduced fat hummus
1 Lebanese flatbread (I use the Sourdough Paniette)
 💞 Add all the pickled onion ingredients to a jar/bowl. Leave to one side.  💞Add the potatoes to a bowl with all the ingredients. Toss well to coat. Air fry at 180°C for 20-25 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy. Alternatively, oven at 200°C fan for 30-35 minutes. 💞Combine all of the salad items together.  💞Fry the beef until browned and slightly crispy. 💞Add all of the other ingredients listed under the beef. Cook for a further 2-3 minutes until sticky. 💞Cut the flatbread into triangles. Air fry or bake at 180°C for 2-3 minutes, turning halfway through, until lightly golden and crisp. 💞Mix together the honey and chilli flakes to make the hot honey drizzle. 💞Divide the crispy potatoes between two bowls. Add the cucumber salad, pickled onions and harissa beef around the bowl. 💞Dollop the hummus into the middle, then add the pitta  around the side. 💞Finish with parsley, chilli flakes and the hot honey drizzle before serving.
