Every citizen can question how taxes get spent, bcse they pay those taxes. But all + sundry meddling in secret operations + its funds means - something terrible is wrong. Rectifying whatever is wrong is the responsibility of the minister of police + the police top structure - and that does not happen. So now all + sundry get access to the operations of intel organisations + their money. Thats why the intel services is chaotic + a complete mess, with fights to get control of funds - it also gets pocketed, wasted or simply not spend on neccessary operations. The MINISTERS OF POLICE from the past 10-15 yrs owe SAcns answers, NOT PVTE INDIVIDUALS. Operators, informants + policemen on grass roots level are unaliving each othe + big wigs pocket the taxes - important intel operations cant procceed bcse there is no funds. It has to STOP!!!
