twist tattoos can only be twist tattoos when the tattoo is made to look alright both when stretched and not. so for example a shape that looks full when twisted and has cool edges that look ripped off when relaxed. or something like that

it actually wouldn't look like "this" now it looked stretched. if the stencil was applied while your neck was stretched it would look compressed with a normal posture

“it would look like this” no it wouldn’t, you cant show someone what a tattoo that was done incorrectly would look like without a tattoo also don’t incorrectly the same way, the tattoo would be squished not stretched

Your neck tattoo is a funny example of how designs don’t look the same on paper as they do on the body, the head of the rose could’ve benefitted from being widened or warped slightly to compliment the area better. The butterfly looks good though and it’s overall well done
