That sounds like you have nerve damage in your foot especially the zapping pain and the spasms. I have peripheral neuropathy from nerve damage. Live on gabapentin

I’m old I gave you the name of the clinic the South Shore acupuncture in Weymouth , her name is Megan McGonagle and she is wonderful. It’s expensive but it does help. I have suggestions of possible Drs that may help .. Dr Craig Laraeu or Dr Heather Gotcha at New England Ortho or Dr Connor Ziegler at Baystate. Has anyone tested you for Complex Regional Pain Syndrome yet?

I think you need to have a sport injury surgeon look at this. They deal with trauma. I feel so bad for you. We have a wonderful hospital here in NY but don’t think that is possible for you.

I bet you have torn the tendon completely off the top of the bone. I have this as well, it takes years for the pain to go away. maybe a surgeon can repair it for you

I feel like when things like this are so difficult, it’s for a reason. Maybe that Dr isnt the one you’re supposed to have, or the timing isn’t quite right. We will pray you get the right Dr at the right time.

Try Brigham and womens. I went to foxboro,ma location they also have a Pembroke location as well for ortho. Not sure if that's what you need.

How about acupuncture ? Sounds like nerve pain and almost like plantas fasciitis your Achilles tendon doesn’t look right to me I’m no medical professional ! I’ve partially torn mine running had a back cast I feel like you need to take the pressure off it poor you !! Big hugs xx
