Sunbeds have honestly fixed my life. I’m North African so naturally I’m supposed to be in the sun all year round. Uk winter always ruins my mental health so tan beds r the best thing I ever discovered. I go like twice a month and feel great

Doctors actually say to people with arthritis to use sunbeds as it eases the pain, people with muscle issues get told to use sunbeds. so technically it does help your health.

girl, idc. I've been on lymecycline 5x, tried birth control pills, tried better skin care and prescribed creams, had help from a diet specialist, spend hundreds on dermatologists... yet the only thing that cured my acne was the sunbeds.

Having the occasional clears my psoriasis in the winter, the doctors give me creams that don’t work and the waiting list for red light therapy is silly so this is the only option

The pain you feel from a sunburn is your skin cells effectively killing themselves before they mutate into cancer
