For me the issue is twofold. 1. Is the ANC government in City of Joburg giving Gogo Zille some leverage to campaign on? Maybe GNU instructions!!! 2. It has been reported on numerous account that the ANC as Political Party is bankrupt. Now, are this kind of situations created in order to bring in connected business people who will at the end give ANC some kickbacks as we are heading to Local Govt Elections? Just curious!!!!
