I appreciate when people treat Göbekli Tepe as a real landscape instead of a mystery prop. The ridge, the wild grains, the water systems, all of that matters. I wrote a grounded essay about trying to imagine it without flattening the facts, it’s on my Substack if anyone’s curious. @stevenbode
