couldn't the relative velocity of neutrinos impact their mass (increase due to their speed). would this increased mass aproch (with in an order of magnitude) the missing mass (some of the dark matter)???? I'm only just now understanding relativistic physics and it makes me think this should play a part in the mass interactions we observe.

👏👏👏👏👏👏 really entertaining. My guess is gravity is emergent along with space and time, and dark matter is not matter, not reducable to wave/particles, but some emergent entity that will tie in with entanglement.
