Was he even a med mal or PI lawyer tho? I feel like I wouldn’t be any more scared of an M&A attorney than I would be of any other well-off individual if I were a doctor. Idk, tho, I’m a lawyer, so I know that M&A lawyer has resources but probably doesn’t remember much thing about torts from law school, let alone something specialised like med mal.
