*Answer: C. Recurrent pelvic bleeding*
*Why this happens:*
A pelvic binder is applied to unstable pelvic fractures to reduce pelvic volume and create a "tamponade effect" — basically it squeezes the pelvis to compress bleeding vessels and control hemorrhage.
When you remove the binder too early, you lose that compression. The pelvis can spring back open, vessels start bleeding again, and the patient becomes hypotensive from blood loss.
