Fun fact!! If you heavily salt the water before boiling, after cooking and letting sit, drain water, shake the pot back and forth and peeling comes right off! Learned that after many years of having to boil eggs for salad in my restaurant. 😂

I don't have time for that for 24 eggs pour the water into the pan add your eggs add salt boil 25 minutes when finished put on your cold water peels right off
