Biotin tablets…oil doesn’t really work and you have to use it consistently a few times a week for months to notice a change. Use less heat, leave you hair down as much as possible instead of hair bobbles use scrunchies or claw clips as it’s better for you hair and never sleep with it wet

I’ve always had a sparse hairline and last year a big bald patch in the middle of my head, I started using a beard roller a few times a week, the new hair growth is crazy x
