@hvacyouandme: JUST CHANGING A FILTER COULDVE PREVENTED THOUSANDS IN DAMAGE!! A “handyman” bypassed the furnaces high limit but DIDNT TAKE OUT THE YEAR OLD MERV 12 filter! A secondary roll out limit tripped, he couldnt figure it out , left doors off the furnace and the meter cracked spraying water everywhere! #hvac #disaster #freeze #dummy #filter
