Perpetual Motion VS Create Aeronautics-3
Do you think you get faster by running slower? If so, how? If you have run on soft sand, you will run slower than how fast you will run on grass, concrete, or the track. You can't argue that. It's basic physics. Someone argued that the instability of the soft sand makes you more explosive. But how is that possible if you are more unstable? How would you be more explosive on an unstable surface vs a firm stable surface? Your brain wouldn't let you be more explosive on an unstable surface... It doesn't make any sense. I don't think some people think before they talk. On a soft unstable surface, your brain will prioritize stability so you don't fall over. That deprioritizes speed. You can't argue that. On top of that, your brain will prioritize muscle driven loading strategies because that is more effective on the soft sand where there is no elastic feedback. Soft sand training can be great post-surgery, but it is quite possibly the worst place to do speed and agility work. If you want to break a sweat and look like you are working hard on social media, then go ahead If you want to get faster and more athletic then you need to run faster 1-3% than before... #sergioramos #fypシ #speedtraining #realmadrid #footballentangled
