I like QC pump house! The membership is kind of pricey, but it’s never crowded even at peak hours and it’s like a good old-fashioned gym with good equipment!

The Dowd’s perfect timing is really that 10am-2pm range. That’s when it feels like a normal gym. Apparently there’s a new gym on Independence opening soon called Anu Gym.

Moved here in August from Dallas, and I was shook by how expensive and not great gyms are here going from paying $70 for Absolute Recomp and $15 for Amped for amazing equipment and cleanliness. I have heard of a few new gym coming though and im hopeful. Anugym is opening soon and looks awesome as well as Carbon Performance and Crush it was talking about opening a south location. 🙏🏻

I go to core24, it’s a really cool gym I love the music they play actually funny enough…but yeah the influencer shit is a little much. Can’t even do a set without being in the background of 15 peoples videos
