Please explain how this makes any sense? A loan will always be a loan which means there will be interest and needs to be paid back. So if I get a cash collateral loan for $50k bc I have $50k then yes I get $50K from the bank and now I have $100K BUT my own $50K is now “frozen” meaning I can’t have it bc it’s held as collateral for the $50K I borrowed I really don’t have $100K bc I have to pay the $50K back w/interest. Once I pay the $50K back I’m right back were I started w/the same $50K, I built credit yes but it’s not like I have $50K more than I already had 🤷🏽♂️🤔🤔?? Doesn’t make sense bc a loan is a loan and has to be paid back.

This is definitely sauce but I would never recommend closing any sort of credit line or card if you arn’t paying fees. This will just sit as available credit when you get your credit ran

Only thing this does is build credit and allow you to go further into debt. But, being a trucker and wanting to be able to borrow enough to buy a truck without having the best credit, this is solid advice. I've built my credit to 699 from 540ish last year this time.
