so is this why DATA CENTERS nation wide are being built?🤔 so are the building for AI which been around for years or a Generator center to control the electricity and water plus the data to monitor that their policies are being followed by these companies so they don't surpass the charges in the policies- which means there is a cap that cannot be surpassed no matter what, or at best FREE and no charges can be added?

I live in Arlington, Virginia and I sleep with a fan. My fan gets very fast in the middle of the night and then slows down and goes fast again and then slows down and my bill keeps getting higher. They’re regulating that shit.
