Most people live on the surface level… they also are scared to talk openly, you may find out they aren’t really a good person once they start telling you about the “real” them!

Surface level conversations, primarily based on social idioms, is exhausting to me because it's like an intentional act to avoid real connection and that is HARD Work. I spend a lot of time alone and my friend circle looks like a Cherrio. Mental, Emotional and dare I say Spiritual stimulation is a real thing, as is the awareness of the lack of it. I love AH ha moments.
