Parm walked so could Carbone could run. The original Torrisi used to be right next door (and it came first, then this Parm in SoHo, then Carbone many years later). This is the OG Parm… Jay-Z and Beyoncé used to always be spotted here. Is there still a neon light octopus up front that’s lit when they have fresh calamari? They also used to have Nutella zeppoles and I will never forgive them for taking them away.
