ER nurse here! Her form is great but you also have to remember she’s TINY. Looks like she is trying very hard. Compressions take a lot out of a person. Tons of people standing around and she is trying her best. Be kind!

Just read a news article saying she did 2 rounds of cpr for ab 4 mins till emts arrived & the man was responsive by time paramedics left the scene. Props to her!!!

Do you see his belly moving? That means she's putting enough pressure to manually pump his heart FROM OUTSIDE HIS BODY. She did this so well!

As a nurse she’s doing a great job. See how his stomach is popping up on every compression? That means it’s deep enough. It’s so hard to do especially as a young woman on a man. Could she have gone faster ? Yes . Is any heart beats better than 0? YES

CPR is only meant to buy you time for the first responders arrive! You are technically 💀when compressions are started. And compressions are hard and wear you out if you are truly doing them. Good depth sis and thank you for stepping in and being a good samaritan!!!!!!

For those of you who haven’t done CPR before, it doesn’t look how it does in the movies. It literally feels like you’re pushing up against a brick wall. Not a pillow. It’s incredibly exhausting. These are great compressions that are buying him time while EMS arrives. He’s technically dead. So anything they do from here can only help.
